Shipping information
UK and Ireland - Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery, all prints are sent with Royal Mail, using the tracked 48hr service.
International Orders are dispatched via international tracked service, transit time is between 5-10 days depending on location. Parcels are shipped with completed customs declaration, however please be advised that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. As the buyer you are responsible for paying any duties due on receipt of your order so please check the guidance for your country before ordering.
care instructions
Only unwrap the print when you're ready to frame it and have a clean surface ready to rest it on.
Use clean hands and pick it up by the edges/handling borders so you avoid touching the printed area as fingerprints can mark the artwork.
Use both hands to support the print and ensure it doesn't bend, it's heavyweight paper so any creases will be permanent.
If there's a speck of dust this can be removed using compressed air. Avoid trying to wipe off dust with your hands or blowing on it as you could damage the print with scratches or moisture.
If your print has been rolled for shipping it will flatten out perfectly over time. Be sure to remove the sealing sticker/tape gently whilst supporting the roll with your other hand so you don't get the sticky side touching the print as it uncurls.
Be careful to protect the printed image if you are adding any weights to the corners to flatten it.
Returns and exchanges
Please choose carefully, as all of our prints are printed to order. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Please ask us any questions prior to placing your order, we are more than happy to help you in choosing the perfect print for your needs.
Our specialist fine art printers take special care in packaging all of our prints in gloves and sending these in a cardboard postage tube to ensure safe transit to you, however in the unfortunate circumstance that an item arrives to you damaged or incorrect please notify us as soon as you receive it with photos of both the packaging and print and once reviewed we will help in arranging a replacement for you.
We will offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of dispatch if your print is delivered to you appearing vastly different from how we describe in the listing on our website according to the 2015 British Consumer Act requirements. Please email the relevant photo(s) through to jennifermuntzstudio@gmail.com immediately after receiving any damaged or incorrect prints so that we are able to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. If we do not receive a claim within the 14 day time frame we are unable to offer a refund.
